Heading to NTTA: Advancing the Next Chapter of Tribal Digital Sovereignty

6/21/2026

From June 22–24, Tribal leaders, broadband operators, technology innovators, policymakers, and our Tribal Ready, PBC team will gather in Prior Lake, Minnesota, for the National Tribal Telecommunications Association (NTTA) Regional Tribal Broadband Summit.

For years, the focus has rightly been on connectivity. Tribal Nations have worked tirelessly to expand broadband access, strengthen digital infrastructure, and create opportunities for their communities. Those investments are laying the foundation for something larger.

The next question is not simply how Tribal Nations connect to the digital economy. It is how Tribal Nations participate in it on their own terms.

Across the country, commercial data center developers are approaching Tribal Nations and local communities with proposals that require significant land, water, and energy resources. In such cases, the community or Tribal Nation serves as the host while ownership, control, governance, and much of the long-term value remain elsewhere.

Tribal Ready believes there is another path.

Tribal Ready, PBC’s Sovereign Digital Hub™ is designed to help Tribal Nations participate in the digital economy through Tribal ownership, governance, and long-term economic control. Unlike commercial data centers, our Sovereign Digital Hub™ is designed to be modular, scalable, and deployed with a dramatically smaller, responsible environmental footprint while creating opportunities for Tribal ownership of digital infrastructure and the revenue, long-term value, and economic diversification it generates.

Just as importantly, every Sovereign Digital Hub™ includes the Sovereignty Keeper™ — the governance and control framework designed to protect Tribal authority over data, infrastructure operations, access, participation, and decision-making. Ownership alone does not guarantee control; however, our exclusive Sovereignty Keeper™ ensures Tribal governance remains embedded within our digital infrastructure itself from day one.

These are some of the conversations the Tribal Ready, PBC team looks forward to having at the NTTA Regional Tribal Broadband Summit.

If you will be attending, we invite you to connect with our team for a private briefing and discussion about Tribal Digital Sovereignty, the Sovereign Digital Hub™, and how Tribal Nations can position themselves to own, govern, and benefit from the infrastructure shaping the next generation of the digital economy.

To connect, reach out to our team members below or set up a private briefing here. We look forward to continuing the conversation.
