Tom serves as Vice President - Tribal Business Development at Tribal Ready, PBC, where he works directly with Tribal Nations to advance infrastructure, connectivity, and economic strategies that strengthen long-term sovereignty. He also is a member of our Board of Directors.
 
A citizen of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe, Tom brings experience in Tribal broadband, partnership development, and navigating complex funding and deployment pathways. He understands what it takes to move from interest to execution, helping Tribes align opportunity with the right structure, partners, and timing.
 
Tom has been directly involved in projects across Indian Country, supporting Tribal Nations in securing funding, advancing broadband initiatives, and building the foundation for durable economic growth. His work centers on building trusted relationships between Tribal leadership, industry partners, and government stakeholders to ensure projects move forward with clarity and accountability.
 
Known for his straightforward approach and commitment to Tribal priorities, Tom focuses on ensuring each engagement is grounded in self-governance, digital sovereignty, and long-term value.
