Samantha serves as Program Manager at Tribal Ready, PBC, where she is responsible for aligning funding strategy, program execution, and infrastructure initiatives to ensure Tribal projects are positioned, funded, and delivered successfully.

Samantha brings a strong track record in securing and managing capital for Tribal Nations. As Chief Executive Officer of Raven Project Solutions, she led efforts that secured and managed over $60 million in grant funding, supporting broadband infrastructure, adoption programs, and technical initiatives through federal agencies including the U.S. Departments of Commerce and Agriculture.

Her experience spans the full lifecycle of funding and delivery, from grant strategy and application through compliance, reporting, and execution. She understands how to navigate complex funding environments while ensuring projects remain aligned with both regulatory requirements and community priorities.

Previously, Samantha worked in Alaska as a Grant Specialist supporting Indigenous communities, managing federal, state, and private funding to advance local initiatives. Her background also includes work in homeland security, advocacy, and policy, giving her a broad perspective on risk, governance, and program accountability.

At Tribal Ready, PBC, Samantha plays a critical role in ensuring that funding opportunities are not missed, that capital is deployed effectively, and that projects meet the expectations tied to both investment and impact.
