Senior Tribal Liaison Executive Services Team Keely serves as Senior Tribal Liaison at Tribal Ready, PBC, where she is responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with Tribal Nations and ensuring alignment between community priorities and infrastructure initiatives.
Before joining Tribal Ready, PBC, Keely managed external partnerships for the National Congress of American Indians, working at the national level to strengthen connections between Tribal leadership, partners, and key stakeholders. Over the past three decades, she has worked directly with Tribal communities as a grant manager, advocate, health educator, and Tribal college instructor, developing a deep understanding of how decisions are made and how trust is earned. Keely brings a rare combination of communication skill, cultural awareness, and practical experience. She understands how to navigate complex stakeholder environments, support leadership through evaluation and decision-making, and ensure initiatives are positioned in a way that aligns with community values and long-term priorities. At Tribal Ready, PBC, she plays a critical role in ensuring that engagement with Tribal Nations is grounded in respect, clarity, and accountability. She helps translate technical and strategic initiatives into conversations that resonate with leadership and community members alike. Based on the Winnebago Reservation, Keely remains closely connected to community life, bringing lived experience and perspective to her work.
