John serves as Vice President - Tech Services & Strategy at Tribal Ready, PBC, where he is responsible for aligning technology strategy with infrastructure deployment, ensuring systems are designed to perform, scale, and support long-term economic outcomes.

With 30 years of experience in telecommunications, John has led network design, construction, integration, and optimization across some of the industry’s most demanding environments. His career includes senior leadership roles at MetroPCS/T-Mobile, Clearwire, and NRTC, as well as work with global infrastructure providers such as Ericsson and Alcatel-Lucent, now part of Nokia.

John specializes in translating complex network architecture into practical, deployable systems that operate reliably in the field. His recent work has focused on fixed wireless access (FWA) and fiber-to-the-home solutions (FTTH), with a strong emphasis on rural and Tribal deployments where performance, cost discipline, and scalability are critical.

He has worked extensively with Tribal Nations, rural electric cooperatives, and school systems, developing solutions that address the realities of remote environments while unlocking access to critical infrastructure. He was a pioneer in designing and deploying 2.5 GHz spectrum networks in the U.S. He has helped position previously underserved areas for connectivity, supporting both immediate access and long-term network viability.

John’s experience includes overseeing large-scale wireless deployments, designing RF systems across domestic and international markets, and integrating complex infrastructure including microwave backhaul, satellite systems, and fiber networks. He has also contributed to innovation in the field through patented antenna alignment technologies.

At Tribal Ready, PBC, John ensures that technology decisions are grounded in performance, efficiency, and long-term sustainability, helping Tribal Nations invest in infrastructure that is both practical to deploy and built to last.
