Manager - Wireless Design Tech Services Team Druce serves as Manager - Wireless Design at Tribal Ready, PBC, where he is responsible for designing wireless infrastructure that performs reliably in real-world conditions and supports scalable network deployment across Tribal lands.
With over 30 years of engineering experience, Druce brings deep technical expertise across embedded systems, WAN networks, and wireless technologies. His career spans firmware development, large-scale network administration, and cellular-based solutions, giving him a practical understanding of how systems must be designed to function under operational pressure. He has led network planning and deployment across North America, including complex environments requiring both terrestrial and satellite connectivity. His experience includes building and maintaining distributed systems, supporting edge infrastructure, and ensuring performance across geographically diverse regions. In previous roles, Druce worked as an Application Engineer and Product Manager focused on cellular connectivity and IoT solutions, supporting more than 34,000 active devices nationwide. This required constant attention to performance, reliability, and rapid issue resolution in live environments. At Tribal Ready, PBC, Druce applies this experience to ensure wireless infrastructure is designed correctly from the start, reducing deployment risk and supporting long-term network performance. His work is grounded in a commitment to expanding access and capability for Tribal communities, with infrastructure designed to support sovereignty, reliability, and future growth. Where it matters: Druce designs networks that hold up in the field, scale with demand, and perform the way they are expected to. |
