A new AI governance model is being built around Tribal sovereign authority — putting control of data, rules, and digital operations where it belongs.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — September 16, 2026 — Tribal Ready, PBC, a Native-owned digital infrastructure company, and AI Planet™, an Artificial Intelligence technology company, today announced a strategic collaboration to advance Sovereignty Keeper™ (SKAI) — an AI-powered governance capability being developed to help Tribal Nations protect their data, enforce their own laws and policies, and maintain authority over how AI operates within their digital environments.

Leadership within Tribal Nations is more than a position. It is a responsibility to protect sovereignty, serve community members, and help create opportunities for future generations.

That responsibility recently took on new meaning for Tribal Ready, PBC Senior Tribal Liaison Keely Purscell, who was elected to serve on the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska Tribal Council.

An enrolled member of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, Purscell was sworn into office on June 12 following a special election held to fill vacant seats on the Tribal Council.

Recently, Tribal Ready, PBC was highlighted in a LinkedIn post by Gary Green.

We don’t treat moments like this as promotion.
We treat them as signals.

He didn't stop there...
